Eye Empire released a video for their new single, “More Then Fate” yesterday. The video is made up of footage that was shot while on tour. The video also features appearances from Seether frontman Shaun Morgan, Nonpoint drummer Robb Rivera, and Kyng Bassist Pepe Clarke to name a few.

According to Blesk.cz and Novinky.cz, LAMB OF GOD frontman Randy Blythe has been found not guilty of manslaughter earlier today (Tuesday, March 5) by a three-judge panel in the Czech Republic.

Blythe was facing the possibility of conviction and a long-term jail sentence after a May 2010 incident in which a fan, Daniel Nosek, who attended a LAMB OF GOD performance in Prague, died almost a month later, allegedly from injuries sustained when he was thrown off the stage.

On Sunday, CM Punk will get to meet 77-year-old robbery victim Thomas Dotterer, who was shot in the face at his liquor store back in January and told a local news crew that the worst part of his week was actually The Rock defeating Punk for the WWE Championship at the Royal Rumble. Punk heard about the story, reached out to Dotterer and WSYR in Syracuse reports that Dotterer will have ringside seats at Sunday’s show.

Yesterday Stone Temple Pilots fired front man Scott Weiland by releasing this statement:

“Stone Temple Pilots have announced that they have officially terminated Scott Weiland. No further information is available at this time.”

The 55th annual Grammy Awards were nominees were announced lastnight. Looks like they’re finally starting to get this Hard Rock/Metal Performance nomination thing down. Megadeth, Anthrax and Lamb of God, Iron Maiden, Marilyn Manson and Halestorm will duke it out in this category.
